Due to the safety concern issues with the current social environment in Hong Kong that may affect fans, artists and the crew, 2019 PENTAGON WORLD TOUR 〈PRISM〉 IN HONG KONG, originally scheduled on 12th October, 2019 (Saturday) at Star Hall, KITEC, will be cancelled.

Asia Music Group (AMG) would like to sincerely apologize for all disappointment and inconvenience caused due to the show Cancellation. We truthfully appreciate your support all along to PENTAGON. Thank you again for your kind understanding.

 

In the meantime, all tickets purchased via HK Ticketing network will be cancelled automatically. Full refunds for all ticketholders will be available from HK Ticketing. For refund details, please see below:

Tickets Purchased by CREDIT CARD
Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 45 working days.

Tickets Purchased by CASH

1. Please bring along the concert tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours from 11 Sep 2019 to 10 Oct 2019 to process a refund.
2. Business Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11am – 7pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
3. An immediate full refund in cash will be made at the Box Office counter upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form with concert ticket(s). The ticket holders must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.
4. Any Cash Refund requests received after 10 Oct 2019 will not be processed.
